.. Louise, and I’m calling because I’m writting a project for my education about further education and competence development of floor managers and leaders. Can I ask you a few questions about that matter, or talk to someone who is working in that area in your company, please?
I really don’t know how many times I’ve said that the few past days, but at least few hundred times… Well, on the other hand, I’m not writting yet another newsletter or sales letter.
The questions for the companies are to help me get some insight in the companies´ decision processes when it comes to that matter. From the answers i should be able to make a qualified questionnaire, to send out to a sample of BJ’s target group. And then the fun can start. But *not nice word*, it takes time to do all the footwork.
In Denmark the spring is starting to make an entrance.. It’s nice to see all the beautiful spring flowers I planted last year popping up everywhere. Oh joy. Yesterday I spent some time in the garden, trying to remove the weeds before it gets too much. Last year I waited a bit too long, and I couldn’t see the plants that was supposed to be there, because of all the weeds 
I’ve learned my lesson.
